Phenomenology and рsychotherapy of emotional disturbances in patients with anxiety disorders

The results of investigation of emotional sphere of anxiety disorders patients are presented in the
article. The purpose of the research was to discover the emotional disturbances peculiarities on
anxiety disorders patients with the diff erent nososyndromal origin.
The complex investigation of 115 patients was performed with the 3 groups diff erentiation: I group
patients mostly expressed paroxysms phenomena, III group patients – permanent, II group’s occupied
an intermediate position. According to the patopsychological investigations data, the high
level of personality anxiety and reactive anxiety levels were the most expressive.
The diff erential psychotherapy model based on the investigation data was established with the use of cognitive-bihevioral therapy (CBT) and group therapy (GT). After the system approbation,
the high effi cacy was achieved on 72% of I group patients, 68% of II groups patients, and
78% of III groups patients.
